1. Who provides the service

This site belongs to and is operated by BLIXEUR, a natural person providing illustration services independently (freelance). It is not a company, corporation, or registered organization. Reference location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. Services offered

Custom commissions are offered: drawing, painting, anime-style illustration, and portraits (including pets), made to order as discussed with each client.

3. How a commission is placed

You fill in the "Commissions" form with your name and a description. This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose to send. From there, final details (subject, size, format, timeline, and price) are agreed upon via chat before the commission is confirmed.

No order is considered confirmed until both parties explicitly agree on scope and price through that channel.

4. Pricing and payment

The final price is communicated clearly and in full before any payment is requested. No hidden or undisclosed extra charges are applied.

The payment method (and any deposit, if applicable) is agreed directly via WhatsApp or email before work begins.

5. Delivery and timelines

Delivery times are estimated case by case depending on the complexity of the commission and communicated before the work is confirmed. Digital artwork is delivered through the agreed channel (email, WhatsApp, etc.).

6. Intellectual property and licensing

Copyright in the artwork belongs to BLIXEUR unless otherwise agreed in writing. What the client may do with the commissioned artwork is detailed in the Image Licensing policy.

7. Reviews and testimonials

If client testimonials or reviews are published in the future, they will be genuine and published only with the express consent of the person who gave them. Fake, purchased, or artificially generated reviews are never used.

8. Subscription services (if ever offered)

This site currently does not offer any recurring subscription service. If one is offered in the future (e.g., access to exclusive content), the client may cancel it at any time by emailing [email protected] to request cancellation, with no hidden charges or cancellation penalties. Cancellation will take effect no later than the end of the already-paid period.

9. Minors

This service is not directed at unsupervised minors. If the person requesting the commission is under 18, they must have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who will bear responsibility for the agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided with ordinary professional care. Results identical to reference material provided by the client are not guaranteed, since every piece is an artistic interpretation. In case of any disagreement, a direct and reasonable solution via chat or email will always be the priority.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to any rights that consumer-protection law in your country of residence may grant you.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Orders already agreed upon are governed by the terms in force at the time of the agreement.
