1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is a personal, independent project by BLIXEUR, a natural person who offers commissioned illustration services. It is not a company or a registered business entity.

2. What data is collected and why

The "Commissions" form asks for your name and a description of your request. This data is NOT sent to or stored on this site's server: your browser only uses it to build a WhatsApp message that opens on your own device, ready for you to send yourself.

Once you send that message, the conversation lives on WhatsApp (a Meta Platforms, Inc. service), under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, and on BLIXEUR's phone/chat — not on this website.

The site does not use user registration forms, does not require customer passwords, and does not process online payments.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site only uses storage that is strictly necessary for it to work: your chosen language and your cookie-consent decision. No advertising, analytics, or third-party cookies are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.

4. Data about minors

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If a minor wishes to place a commission, they must have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the communication and the commercial agreement.

5. Processors and data transfers

No analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs are used on this site. The only external service involved in the contact process is WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), used as the communication channel you voluntarily choose by pressing "Send" in the app.

We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's own privacy policy to understand how that platform handles your data once the message is sent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Since this site does not store your form data, exercising these rights mainly concerns conversations you have had via WhatsApp or email with BLIXEUR. See the "Delete my data" page for the specific procedure.

• Access: ask what information about you is kept in chats/emails.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request deletion of conversations or files.
• Objection/restriction: object to a specific use of your data.
• Portability: request a copy of your data in a readable format.

7. Security

The site applies reasonable security measures: security headers, an administration panel restricted to local access only, passwords stored as cryptographic hashes, and data minimization (nothing unnecessary is stored).
