1. What data actually exists

This website does not store the data you type into the commission form on its server: it is only used in your own browser to build a WhatsApp message. There is therefore no customer "database" on the site to delete.

Any data that may exist lives in the WhatsApp or email conversations you have had directly with BLIXEUR, and in any reference files you sent for a commission.

2. How to request deletion of your data

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data", including your name and a reference that helps identify the conversation (e.g., approximate date or the WhatsApp number used). You can also request this directly via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/5491170675798.

You will receive confirmation that your data (messages, reference files, and associated contact information) has been deleted, within 30 days at most.

3. Reasonable exceptions

If there is a legal or accounting obligation to retain certain information (e.g., payment receipts), that specific information will be kept only for the legally required period and will not be used for any other purpose.

4. Cancelling services by email

Any recurring service that may be offered in the future can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected] to request cancellation. No phone call or additional forms are required.
